Doing these cupcakes really made my heart beated faster. The "very nice" weather that screw up my fondant, the not fit packing that have made me to hunt a new packing pack in very last minute etc. Thank you God, everything done in schedule :-)
10 chocolate standard cupcakes with fondant cover and chocolate topper.
20 chocolate jumbo cupcakes with baby figurines made of fondant. I just love the design of baby in the sweet pea. Lia had the idea after browsing in the internet, she gave me the link and I found it very cute!
Thank you Lian, love for baby Hartono :-)
I's a surprise project from my friend also suppose to be anonymous. What a game! :-)
Well, anything you wish friend hahahaha....and yes, it's becoming a surprise!
Basic cake was double chocolate rich cake with fondant decoration in orange color.
A few weeks ago Lian contacted me and we had some discussion about one month baby cake. After some discussion she ended up ordered some cupcakes and rainbow steam cupcakes.
I was really surprised with the rainbow steam cupcakes order. I posted the rainbow steamed cupcakes here in my blog a few weeks ago just for fun, never thinking of people will order them. So I was doing it with a joy, Thank you Lian!
For you who want to order, I see it by Rp 3,500 each.
It's been a while I didn't make any crafted cake. So I was happy doing the request from Santi, Abin's mom.
Doing the crafting cake for Abin't Lighting Mc Queen was a bit more difficult as this time I made double chocolate cake as the base cake instead of chocolate butter cake/devil cake as the base cake. Crafting sponge cake is more difficult than crafting a butter cake type. Besides the chocolate ganache filling gave a trouble to the fondant.
Any how, I am pretty happy with the result and ready to make another 3D Lighting Mc Queen for my beloved Jonathan in June as he was kind of jealous anytime I made 3D car cake for others hahahaha....
I think it's not the season of kiwi. It's been almost two weeks I found that it's difficult to find any good kiwis. I went to the Ranch Market and found organic kiwis with very high price but second quality. Therefor I used green grapes instead of kiwis to get a green touch in my mini fruit pies.
I made these mini fruit pies for Jessy's in law who had house warming last Sunday. Jessy is my colleague at work.
Fondant flowery cuppies for mbak Utari & my neighbor, Sasa.
I love making these cuppies...very girly and it was just me no matter I didn't have enough sleep because of doing it.
The red flowers bouqet is my favorite one :-)
Yes, I love flowers!!

This cake was ordered by the Queen of Cupcakes for her niece who is celebrating Hindu Seclusion Day tomorrow. As during the Hindu Sclusion Day, the Hindus must fasting for 24 hours, the cake must be sent by today.
I made 2 layer of moist and rich chocolate sponge cake filled and covered it with full chocolate ganache. Assorted fruits for topping, of course. Too bad I couldn't find any kiwis so I replaced the kiwis with green grapes.
Thank you Ibu for your order :-)

Andi was my friend from elementary school and high school. Because of Face Book, we met again. From Face Book also I got to know Nurlina, Andi's wife.
Saturday afternoon, Nurline and daughter, Tasya, stopped by at our home and she ordered 50 cuppied for Tasya's birthday yesterday.
It's chocolate cupcakes with butter cream and fondant decoration. As requested I made flowery and butterfly theme for Tasya.
Happy Birthday Tasya, God bless!
First biggest cake I've ever made. Ordered by PT Kompak Indopola, one of the multi level marketing company in Indonesia.
I am not satisfied with the result as I the blue color still didn't match with their corporate color.
The first cake was a 60cm square dummie cake, second one also still a dummie of 40cm square. The 3rd cake on the top was made of 20cm square of lapis surabaya cake. For this small little cake I used 44 egg yolks to get the 15cm hight. For you who concern with your colesterol, lapis surabaya (surabaya layer cake) is not recommended :-)
Decorating this cake was very interesting, I have learned many things so far. Even though the result was not 100% as expected I am glad I had a guts to do it and at least in the future when I received a wedding cake order, I know how to do it :-)

Sunday afternoon after lunch, my kids would like to make cupcakes on their own. I helped them to measure the ingredients and bake the cupcakes to the oven.
They decided to make 2 flavours which were strawberry and mocca. Yummy..... for own consuming we prefer to have them plain with no icing.
Cooking with kids? why not?...always lots of fun!
It's a thank you cake from us to Pak Sofyan family plus a greeting from Jonathan to his lovely classmate, Caecilia.
Thank you Pak, for the nice friendship so far and all your kind help to us.
Caecilia, thank you for being a good friend for Jonathan at school. He absolutely misses you as he has to stay at home for 2 weeks to recover from chickenpox. Hopefully to say you next week at school and enjoy the cake :-)

Liana also ordered 45 cupcakes with the same edible image character for Shawn's 4th birthday party at school today.
I packed the cupcakes individually as goodie bag.
The basic cake was moist chocolate cake.
Liana, Shawn's Mom, contacted me on my mobile a week ago. Ordered birthday cake and cupcakes for Shawn's 4th birthday party at school today.
Liana prefers to use edible image and butter cream cream icing for the decoration, and the basic cake is 24 cm round double chocolate rich cake.
It's kind of decorating cake using edible image. This time I played with more colors.
Happy 4th Birthday Shawn, God bless!

New variation of cupcakes from Joris' Kitchen, cinnamon nuts cupcakes. Very recommende! The great flavour of cinnamon combined with chunks of chessnut and I added some raisins and topped it with dark chocolate. Made the cupcake has richer flavour.
Order from Kak Linda, for Benaya's 4th Birthday.
Kak Linda gave me the link to Peni Respati, one of suhus in cake decorating. Wow...couldn't promise that I could make the same thing as mbak Peni did but I'll try my best :-)
The basic cake was 20cm square of orange cake.
Thanks Kak Linda for your order and your trust :-)
Ordered also by Kak Debbie for Keila's 1st birthday party at church. Another big cake I made. 40cm square of triple chocolate rich cake with fondant, edible image and chocolate mold decoration.
Happy birthday Keila. God bless!
