American Risoles, it's so funny name because American Risoles has nothing to do with America at all. We call it American as it has mayonaise and smoked beef as filling. For American Risoles from Joris' Kitchen I have mayonaise, smoked beef, cheese and egg as the filling. Yummy!

Mini fruit pie birthday for Eyang

Order from Evi in Aussie for mother in law birthday. Evi ordered 1 set mini fruit pies with a birthday wording from chocolate.



As her in law doesn't like sweet stuff, I made different kind of vanilla with not only cutting the sugar but also added some cheddar cheese grated. It tasted more yummy and cheesy.

Second order came from mbak Eli in Citragrand. This time mbak Eli would like to try Joris' Kitchen mini fruit pies.

So, this morning I delivered 30 mini fruit pies with vanilla vla to mbak Eli's home in Citra Grand.

Mini fruit pies for Jessy

I think it's not the season of kiwi. It's been almost two weeks I found that it's difficult to find any good kiwis. I went to the Ranch Market and found organic kiwis with very high price but second quality. Therefor I used green grapes instead of kiwis to get a green touch in my mini fruit pies.



I made these mini fruit pies for Jessy's in law who had house warming last Sunday. Jessy is my colleague at work.

Birthday Fruit Pies for Pak Edi

My colleagues from Marketing Department wanted to have something for their boss' birthday. Pak Edi doesn't cake about cakes as he has high colesterol.

I suggested fruit pies and gladly every one in Marketing Department agreed.



I made one 15cm round fruit pies and put Pak Edi edible picture in it, and added 26 mini fruit pies around. Each mini pie carrying letter saying "Happy Birthday Pak Edi" and some little candles. I cut egg yolks and butter from the recipe but still turned out with great taste as I added more vanilla in the vla.
