Chocolate Cupcakes with Edible Image

Pesanan dari Martini, pelanggan lama sebagai pembuka order di tahun 2012. Di tahun ini memang aku nggak mau terlalu ambisius dalam menerima order. Karena pekerjaan di kantor baru yang menumpuk dan juga anak-anak sudah mulai besar, tugas sekolah, PR dan juga ulangan-ulangan mereka butuh perhatian khusus juga.

Thomas 3D Cake for Ghazi

This was my second time to make Thomas 3D. It's for Ghazi's 2nd birthday. The base cake was 24x24cm square double chocolate cake and for the Thomas itself I crafted it from a steamed chocolate brownie.

Dimitri's 4th birthday cup cake

Dimitri's 4th birthday cake

Sonya, Dimitri's Mom is JJ's classmate in elementary school. Because of Facebook they got connected again and last month they had reunion. In this reunion I met Sonya where then she ordered birthday cake for her son, Dimitri.



We decided to use Thomas then tank engine theme as Dimitri loves it. A chocolate triple cake with butter cream icing and thomas edible image.

I am glad when in the evening mbak Sonya called me to say thank you and gave compliments about the cake and cupcakes she ordered in the morning.

Thomas & Friends Birthday Cake for Sami's 3rd Birthday

I have been working with Rizal for 7 years and he has been soo helpful so far. There are things that Rizal always take care for me and I am really grateful for all his help. Last week Rizal text me asked me whether I would have time to make a birthday cake for his son's birthday. I said, of course I do!



Here it is, a Thomas & friends theme for Sami's 3rd birthday cake. A 2 layer of chocolate cakes with chocolate and blue berry filling.

Thomas & Friends Birthday Cake for Yafi's 3rd Birthday

Order came from Bob, my colleague, for his son's 3rd birthday. It's a 20cm square double chocolate cake with butter cream icing.



I really enjoyed playing with butter cream again, it's kind of fun :-)

My 1st Thomas the tank engine 3D cake

This was my 1st Thomas the tank engine 3D cake I made for Kenzie, Vony' son. I had mixed feeling when receiving this order...it's a mix between excited and nervous. I am glad I could get through and I am pretty happy with the result.



The base cake was 24cm square double rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and nuts filling. Then for the Thomas cake, I used triple chocolate rich cake. The tripple chocolate rich cake was soft and moist, gave me lots of effort to craft it.



Glad that Kenzie and Mom love the cake. Promise to myself that next time will be better. Thank you Vony for your order. Love to Kenzie always, GBU all!

Thomas & Friends Birthday Cake for Evan's 2nd Birthday

For the birthday cake, here is a little birthday cake, about 20cm square size. As Einy doesn't really care with chocolate cake, I made them a vanilla cake with vanilla vla & blueberry filling.



Decoration using butter cream icing and cake toys. Happy 2nd Birthday Evan! Best wishes and God bless you always.

Thomas & Friends Edible Birthday Cake for Fattah

Mbak Misne confirmed her order for Fattah's 5th birthday cake on Monday morning. As the decoration using the edible picture then I think I can make it.



It's 2 layer of 24 square chocolate sponge cakes with blueberry and chocolate ganache filling, butter cream icing and edible picture of Fattah with Thomas & friends.

Thomas & Friends for Devan

This time Winda ordered for her beloved son, Devan, who is celebrating his 1st birthday tomorrow. The theme requested is Thomas & friends.



22cm x 22cm chocolate sponge cake with light ganache and blueberry filling.
