Another fruit pie order from the US for relative in Cibubur. Difficult to find fresh strawberries this time, I decided to add more redish color using mini red grapes. These mini red grapes just delicious, so sweet and crunchy!!

Sekarang fruit pie dulu deh....Setelah satu bulan puasa, paling nikmat memang menyantap fruit pie yang lezat dan segar. Vla vanilla nya yang lezat berpadu manis dengan buah-buahan segar dan pie crust yang renyah dan gurih. Ehm....satu potong rasanya tak akan pernah cukup. No wonder fruit pie juga masuk deretan yang selalu dipesan untuk special occasion seperti Idul Fitri.

Mini fruit pies for Jessy

I think it's not the season of kiwi. It's been almost two weeks I found that it's difficult to find any good kiwis. I went to the Ranch Market and found organic kiwis with very high price but second quality. Therefor I used green grapes instead of kiwis to get a green touch in my mini fruit pies.



I made these mini fruit pies for Jessy's in law who had house warming last Sunday. Jessy is my colleague at work.

Mini fruit pies in rhum vla

Joris' Kitchen always provides HALAL products. Non halal products only made by request.



For these 100 mini fruit pies, as requested, I used rhum vla and strawberres, kiwis and peaches for the topping.

For halal version you may order vanilla vla or strawberry vla or any kind of fruit flavour vla as you wish.



This mini fruit pie is @ Rp 4,000 with minimum order 30.

Fruit Pies for any occasion

By end of December, before entering the new year of 2009 more fruit pie order came from Fani and Tjut. Fani is Alif's mother.



Fani ordered fruit pie for a gift.



And Tjut ordered 2 fruit pies for her sister engagement ceremony. One for her sister fiance's family as a gesture to say thank you...



And this one was to enjoy by Tjut and family :-)



Tjut sent me text message in the afternoon saying that the family satisfied with the cupcakes and fruit pies they ordered. Thanks Lord and thanks to Tjut for the order even though during the delivery the driver got lost many times and couldn't follow the directions correctly hehehe...

Fruit Pie for Olin's Papa Birthday

Olin who lives in Norway ordered this fruit pie for her beloved Papa whose celebrated his 55th birthday last Sunday.

As Olin's Papa doesn't like too much sugar, I cut some sugar on the vla and pie crust.

Birthday Fruit Pies for Pak Edi

My colleagues from Marketing Department wanted to have something for their boss' birthday. Pak Edi doesn't cake about cakes as he has high colesterol.

I suggested fruit pies and gladly every one in Marketing Department agreed.



I made one 15cm round fruit pies and put Pak Edi edible picture in it, and added 26 mini fruit pies around. Each mini pie carrying letter saying "Happy Birthday Pak Edi" and some little candles. I cut egg yolks and butter from the recipe but still turned out with great taste as I added more vanilla in the vla.

Chocolate Fruit Taart Cake for Eidul Fitri 2008

This chocolate fruit taart cake was really a blast for my kitchen during Eidul Fitri 2008. I made 14 of them in total.

Thank you to Mr A who ordered 13 of them and Ms S for the other one cake.

The people who received this cake gift from Mr A for Eidul Fitri said : "the cake was absolutely delicious and yummy!"

I didn't take picture of the whole 14 cakes....this one cake is represent the other 13 cakes and apologize for the standard pic as the baker was too tired to take the right photo hehehehe... :-)

Fruity Vanilla Taart for the best doctor

Another order from mbak Heni for the best doctor I have ever met!



It's 2 layers of vanilla sponge cake with filling whipped cream and oranges. Covered with 100% whipped cream and fresh fruits. I added some chocolate stick around to keep the whipped cream steady, it even gave a more look though.

Chocolate Fruit Taart Cake for Dr Ian

Order came from mbak Heni, a dearest friend from Sehat mailing list and multiply. Mbak Heni would like to send a cake to represent her greatest attitude to the people who are very meaningful and have given biggest positive impact in her life.



2 layer of diameter 20cm chocolate sponge cake with filling chocolate ganache and oranges, fully covered with chocolate ganache and garnished by mandarin oranges, kiwi and strawberries.
