Farewell Cake

Yang ini pesanan dari Mbak Ika di AC Nielsen, pelanggan lama juga. Mbak Ika dan teman-teman ingin memberikan kejutan untuk rekan kerja dalam acara farewel party di kantor.

Tripple chocolate cake with edible image dan pinggirannya aku memutuskan pakai astor untuk memagari whipped cream frosting supaya kokoh. Yup, dalemnya memang triple chococolate cake tapi yang mesan nggak mau full chocolate ganache untuk frosting nya, mereka prefer whipped cream yang lebih light.

Jonathan's 6th Birthday Cake

Ultah ke-6 Jonathan tanggal 13 Juni 2011 yang lalu, dirayakan dengan sederhana saja di rumah. Aku bikin birthday cake nya juga simple. Anak-anak udah makin gede dan mereka udah mulai rada bosan dengan cake yang macem-macem. Aku bikin chocolate cake dengan butter cream coklat dan hiasa mobil balap yang dipilih sendiri oleh Jo.

Chocolate Cake in Slices

Another order from Lia, Kyla's mom. Lia was thinking about preparing some snacks for Ruth and Kyla's ensamble group and she asked my favor to do it for her. From my observation, these kids would just eat anything hehehehe...so I prepared something simple, quick but yummy still for them as I had very limited time.



Glad to know that the kids love the cake and butter cream hehehehe.....those sweet teeth just couldn't stop muching on them :-)

Double Chocolate Birthday Cake for Cella Marcella

Another double chocolate cake order from the US for the love one, Cella Marcella in Kelapa Gading. When I called the courier and told them that the receiver was Cella Marcella, they were busy guessing whether it was Cella the artist. I told them I don't have any idea, as it's an order thru internet and it wasn't my right to ask...I am just a baker. Don't want to bother with some one else business :-)

Chocolate Double Cake

I launched the new decorating look for this chocolate double cake early this year and it's becoming a star.



The new look is nicer, no wonder many people start ordering this cake. It's 2 layer of moist chocolate sponge cake which moisten with vanilla syrup and rich chocolate ganache filling. Fully and nicely covered with melted ganache and finishing with full chocolate decor.

This one was rrder from the Netherlands for family in Cinere on their wedding anniversary. Very sweet!

Benedicta's Birthday Cake (2)

This was the second birthday cake I made for Benedicta's 1st Birthday. It was sent a week later after the first cake.

The second cake was same size as the first one. It's 40 x 40cm square double chocolate cake. And the second party was also held at the Orphanage's home, ofcourse the different orphanage's home from the first one.

The testimony from Benedicta's mom was very relieved. They satisfied with the cake, they said it's yummy and very chocolaty!
