Chocolate Chips Oatmeal Cookies

My daughter always loves chocolate chips cookies. Last night she asked me to make it, she said she wanted to take the cookies to school for the next day. Hemmm...I have been thinking of making some oatmeal cookies as I have many oats stock in the kitchen so as my daughter asked for some chocolate chips cookies I thought I will just making chocolate chips oatmeal cookies for her then.

When first batch was done...I asked my daughter to try one cookie. Slowly she ate the cookie and in a few second she said "Enak Ma!, thank you" (Yummy, Mom, thank you!). Then I also gave a try and my baby was just absolutely right!

Banana Oatmeal Muffins

I would always love to have muffins for breakfast. Well..this time I tried to make a new kind of Banana Oatmeal Muffins and it just turned out perfect. I think this is the best banana oatmeal muffin I've ever had...and gladly I made it :-)

Easter Cup Cakes

I made this easter cup cakes for our church potluck on Sunday. The basic cake using butter cake recipe that turned out so well and every one just loved it.

I wish I could got some bunny candies to put on the cake but after some searched in the nearer store I just found the cow moo candies and I thought that should be just fine. They were cute also though :-)
Besides the cow moo candies, I also put some M&Ms candies....and the M&Ms really helped the cup cakes to have a really Easter look.
