I made this special Chocolate Cake for my beloved husband, Jeffry Novy Joris. This year he turned out 37 on 8 November. I didn't make this cake on his birthday actully as I was pretty busy doing some cake orders from customers. Because of that our lovely daughter, Ruth, always complaining. She said, why there was no cake on Daddy's birthday???
So 2 weeks after the birthday, I made this special chocolate ganache cake for him. Ruth was so excited and she just love to see how I did the decorating using light ganache.
