Besides ordering the birthday cake, Mia also ordered about 50 cup cakes for Chris' birthday party. As I am a big fan of vanilla, again...for cupcakes I made vanilla butter cakes with dark chocolate frosting and animals sprinkles.
Vanilla and dark chocolate, another perfect combination. As from 2 1/2 vanilla butter cake recipe I made came out with 58 cup cakes, I took some to work to share with my office-mate asking for her opinion and critics. She is a big fan of cakes and she said "ehm...very good vanilla butter cake Dew...and the frosting just perfect!" Well, thank you very much Rin, I take that as a compliment :-)
