Tape singkong or fermented cassava is one of Indonesian traditional snack. We enjoy the tape just like that or make it for a cake or cupcake or you can also put them in your es campur, yummy!
I always love tape singkong cake. After trying some recipes, I am in love with Sari's recipe. The textur comes out spongi, moist and the tape's flavour is strong. Absolutely perfecto! As it was part of snack box order, I put the batter into cup liners and garnish the cupcake with some almond slices.
