This cookie is such a legend in our family. I got the recipe from Mrs. Penny Schram, the librarian of Central Java International Mission School (now Mountain View International School) in Salatiga.

I baked this cookie for last Christmas and my family loved them so much as it's been years I didn't bake this cookie. :-)

Naahh...selain roti manis, roti tawar juga merupakan salah satu jenis roti yang berhasil aku taklukkan walaupun hanya bermodalkan otot, oven tangkring (teuteup) dan resep roti tawar NCC.

Ni oven tangkringku yang sudah menghasilkan puluhan juta hihihihi.....

Ultah ke-6 Jonathan tanggal 13 Juni 2011 yang lalu, dirayakan dengan sederhana saja di rumah. Aku bikin birthday cake nya juga simple.
